All Items are sold as is, whether items are "BRAND NEW IN BOX" or "MINT CONDITION" or with any imperfections that might be typically associated with Antique/ Vintage artwork and/or collectibles. All artwork pieces are original or limited editions. Most are framed, matted, with some under glass.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- All items are in their original condition as I have obtained them or as they are currently in.
- Antique & Vintage items have ONLY been restored and cleaned.
- Antiques & Vintage items have NOT been refurbished unless specifically stated as such.
- All items are owned outright, and as such, are allowable for sale. Some come with COAs.
- Some collectible children's items, i.e., Mickey Mouse, Antique Dolls & Toys, are in mint condition with original packaging/boxes, while others show they've been well loved.
- Antique collectible dishes are sold as a set, without possibility of breaking up the set without express discussion with the seller.
- All payments are due immediately upon selecting purchase.
- Items will be shipped out same day or next business day as soon as payment is verified. Great care is taken with each and every item for the shipping process to ensure that the item is delivered to the buyer in the condition precisely as depicted on the listing. Additionally, all items are shipped insured.
